The Cast Included Aron Geml, Brian Alder, Eric Higgins, Joe Arnold, Jakob Donnelly and Benjamin Clark!
Aron, aka A-Ron, was the co-creator of the show and has been the writer, editor, promoter and executive producer of the show since its launch in 2016. Aron graduated from Central Michigan University in 2023 with a degree in broadcasting and minor in journalism. In June of 2023, Aron moved to North Platte, Nebraska where he then worked professionally as a sportscaster and newscaster for an NBC affiliate KNOP News 2. He reported on high school sports, Nebraska athletics and Kansas City and Denver professional sports. While in Nebraska, he started a spinoff of The Hot Seat Sports Talk called Keeping It Fresh With Aron Geml and got to talk to even more great people! You can find out more about the Keeping It Fresh show above! After his time in Nebrasaka was cut short, Aron moved back home to Michigan in January of 2025. From there he served as the specialists coach/ assistant special teams coordinator for L'Anse Creuse High School in Harrison Township, Michigan. As of 2026, Aron is serving as the assistant coach for the girls varsity basketball team for L'Anse Creuse and is working on becoming a full time teacher. He is also a x2 world champion in fantasy football, 2013 & 2016, as well as an analyst His favorite teams outside of Detroit are the Buffalo Bills, San Antonio Spurs, Vegas Golden Knights and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Brian, aka B-Rye, graduated from Michigan State University in 2023 in engeering. He then moved to suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2025, Brian then moved back to Michigan and is working for a new engineering company. Brian is also a very active fantasy football player and analyst and a co-host of shows "spinoff" Team Shower that launched in 2021. Some of Brians favorite teams outside of Detroit are the Jacksonville Jaguars, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Pittsburgh Pirates.
Eric ,aka Big Higgs, is a Northwood University graduate. As of 2026 he is now the head of E-Sports and one of the buliding supervisors at the Sterling Heights Recreation Center! He is a very interactive basketball player as well as a very competitive gamer. He games at Northwood as part of the E-Sports team there. He is also a active fantasy football player, analyst and a co-host of shows "spinoff" Team Shower that launched in 2021. His favorite teams outside of Detroit are the Los Angeles Clippers, Texas Rangers, Carolina Panthers and the Boston Bruins.
Joe, aka Big Joe, is the other co creator of the show.He appeared on season 1 while making guest appearances in season 2 and by co-hosting the then series finale of the show in season 3 of 2019. Joe currently attends Specs Howard, a media and arts school in South Field Michigan while studying digital production. Joes favorite teams outside of Detroit are, the Las Vegas Raiders, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians as well the Miami Heat and Montreal Canadians.

Jakob, aka Straight Sauce, appeared on season 2 of the show and was quickly known for his quick wit during shows. Jakob graduated from Central Michigan University in 2023 while studying business logistics management. Jakob is also a very active fantasy football player and analyst bringing home his first championship in 2019. Jakob is also a co-host of the shows "spinoff" Team Shower that launched in 2021. favorite teams outside of Detroit are the Carolina Panthers, Dallas Mavericks, Vegas Golden Knights and the Boston Red Sox.
Ben ,aka Bangerz, appeared on the second season of the show as well while splitting time with Jakob. As of 2025, Ben is a custodian in Fraser Public Schools. He is also " The Commander In Chief" of the shows "spinoff" Team Shower that launched in 2021. . He is currently studying sports management while playing baseball at the varsity level. Some of Bens favorite teams outside Detroit are the Houston Astros, Seattle Seahawks, Washington Capitals and Golden State Warriors.
