Three years after saying goodbye to The Hot Seat Sports Talk, Aron was back in a spinoff called Keeping It Fresh in 2024! The show would run until April of 2026, 10 years after The Hot Seat Sports Talk launched! Here you can find out the fantastic guests that were on the show here!

Anson Williams is an actor/singer/producer/director most notably known for his main role as Warren 'Potsie' Webber on the sitcom Happy Days (1974-1984) a show about an American family, the Cunningham's, in 1950's - 1960's Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where Potsie is Richie Cunningham's (Ron Howard), Ralph Malph's ( Don Most) and Arthur ( Fonzie) Fonzarelli's ( Henry Winkler) best friend. Happy Days is one of the most popular t.v shows of all time, where Williams was part of the main cast for all 11 seasons. Since Happy Days, Williams went on to direct some of the other most popular t.v shows of recent history, including Beverly Hills 90210, Lizzie McGuire, Baywatch, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Melrose Place, Star Trek, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager. George Murdoch known as Tyrus, is a current regular on the late-night show Gutfeld! on Fox News. Tyrus is also a former heavyweight champion wrestler and WWE superstar. He is also a three-time best-selling author, comedian, and podcast host! Tyrus has even gotten the opportunity to sit down with President Donald J Trump for an interview and has a great relationship with the 45th and 47th President of the United States.

Phil X is the current lead guitar player for the world famous band Bon Jovi. After joining the group in 2013, Phil X has been part of the groups most recent releases, "This House Is Not For Sale" (2016) "2020" (2020) and "Forever" (2024). Erin Gemmell ( yes, you are reading that correctly! Aron Geml meet Erin Gemmell) Is an Olympic swimmer at the University of Texas. Erin has been a swimmer all of her life and has led her to being not only on the nation's biggest stage but the world's biggest stage too. After qualifying for the 2024 Paris Games, Erin participated in multiple events and capped off her first Olympics with a silver medal in the Women's 4x200 Freestyle Relay, alongside her teammate and idol Katie Ledecky. Jeremy Rowley is an actor and comedian most notably known for his role as the mean doorman Lewbert on the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly (2007-2012). Rowley got his start on the Nickelodeon sketch show, The Amanda Show (1999-2002). Rowley later reprised his role as Lewbert on the Paramount iCarly reboot show (2021-2023). Danielle Morrow is an actress, writer and producer who also got her start on the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly (2007-2012) as psychotic superfan Nora Dershlit. Morrow also made an appearance as Nora Dershlit on Nickelodeon's Sam and Cat (2013-2014) alongside Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande. Morrow made her return as Nora on the iCarly reboot show as well. Since then, she has co-produced and co-wrote the 2025 Hallmark Christmas film Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story. Stephen Kramer-Glickman is an actor, comedian, singer, and songwriter. He is best known for his role as the hotshot record producer Gustavo Rocque on the hit Nickelodeon show Big Time Rush ( 2009-2013). Kramer-Glickman has also released two albums and over a dozen songs, including a cover of Big Time Rush's song Paralyzed and Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling In Love. Tom Cotter is a stand-up comedian most known for his appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Last Comic Standing, and was the runner-up on season seven of America's Got Talent. Cotter has won several comedy awards and is married to comedian Kerri Louise, who also appeared on The Hot Seat Sports Talk! Darren McCarty is a former four-time Stanley Cup champion professional hockey player for the Detroit Red Wings. McCarty was a pivotal part of the Redwings sucess on winning back-to-back Stanley Cups in 1997 and 1998. Known a bruiser and playmaker on the ice, McCarty is widely known for his role during ' Fight Night at the Joe' on March 26th, 1997, against the Colorado Avalanche, where he suckerpunched Claudie Lamouix repeatedly until Lamouix turtled his body. McCarty also had stints a professional broadcaster and wrestler. He is also a comedian, having opened for comics such as Tom Cotter in Michigan, and also works and promotes Primitiv, a local Michigan cannabis company
Greg Kampe is the current men's basketball head coach at Oakland University. Kampe attended Bowling Green State University and broke a Mid-American Conference record in 1975 for most average yards and a school record for longest punt at 77 yards. Kampe has been at Oakland for over 25 years and was inducted into the Michigan Coaches Hall of Fame in 2017, has won three Summit League regular season and tournament championships, along with 2 Horizon League regular season championships and a Horizon League Championship in 2024. Kampe led the Golden Grizzlies to a historic upset win in the NCAA Tournament in 2024 over Kentucky. Kampe also has over 700 wins as a head coach.

Kris Durham is a former NFL wide receiver with the Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans, and Detroit Lions. After being a vital part of the Georgia Bulldog offense from 2006-2011, Durham was a fourth-round selection in the 2011 NFL draft by Seattle. A season-ending injury in 2011 led to Durham being released by the Seahawks and being signed by the Detroit Lions in 2012, joining his former college roommate, quarterback Matthew Stafford. After his time in Detroit, Durham played one season of professional football overseas in Italy for the Parma Panthers, where he continues to live to this day working for the NFL as a ambassodor!

Josh Langford is a former point guard at Michigan State University from 2016 to 2021. Langford was a McDonald's All-American in 2016 and won three BIG TEN titles with the Spartans over his time in East Lansing. Unfortunately, injuries over the years at MSU forced Langford to retire from basketball, and now is the head boys basketball coach at his alma mater, Madison Academy in Madison, Alabama! Zach Zenner is a retired NFL running back! From his early days at South Dakota State and reeking havoc, he then signed with the Detroit Lions in 2015 and was with the team for three seasons before joining New Orleans, Arizona, and Miami before retiring in 2019. Rob Sims is a former NFL offensive lineman for the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks. After winning a College Football National Championship with Ohio State in 2002, Rob was selected in the 4th round of 2006 NFL draft by Seattle, he played for the Seahawks for three seasons before signing with the Lions in 2010. After the 2014 season, he retired and is now the co-owner of a successful cannabis group called Primitiv with former teammate and NFL Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson.
